About Me
Luxury real estate agent Brian Stevens approaches his business with the belief that one act of human kindness can change the world. The many relationships that he has cultivated through more than 20 years in real estate, and deep ties to his community, colleagues, friends and industry leaders are both the heart of his business and the motivating force behind his proven track record of success.
"Changing lives is my business," says Brian. " I take pride in the knowledge that the relationships that I build last far beyond the closing of the transaction. I am invested in my clients' lives and they are an important part of mine and I wouldn't have it any other way."
Brian graduated from UNLV in Las Vegas with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and had a successful career. career in the fashion industry as the West Coast Sales Manager for women's clothing company, BCBG. During his tenure, he began investing in real estate and eventually began taking real estate classes to improve his investment strategies. He quickly realized that he had found a new calling, earned his Real Estate license, and never looked back.
Today, Brian's full service, concierge-style approach begins with sitting down with his clients to truly get to know them and understand their goals by asking simple questions and learning their story. Once he knows their level of comfort and understanding with the market, Brian develops a personalized approach that allows him to advise while they decide, and ultimately, transition to the next chapter of their lives with a home sale or purchase that best fits their lifestyle and investment.
As a resident of the Cranberry area, Brian has a comprehensive understanding of the homes and condominiums that give the area its' distinct appeal. However, Brian's reach goes beyond Cranberry, across the vast Pittsburgh area and across all price ranges.
Brian's appreciation for all life has given him has also led to his commitment to give back to his community through various charitable efforts including working with organizations like the American Cancer Society, St. Jude's Hospital and Habitat for Humanity, as well as giving back at least 10% to God. He enjoys traveling, scuba diving and snowboarding as well as spending time with his wife, seeking new adventures and experiencing new cultures whenever possible.
